Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

After vacationing with my family in high priced hotels with 2 side-by-side queen beds, a mini fridge that hardly holds your left overs, and one bathroom, I was ready for something better. Short term rentals have changed family vacations forever. They give the whole family space to be together or have quiet moments to decompress. They save money by providing a kitchen to cook wonderful meals together, and give you a feeling of home. When I opened my first short term rental I found a sense of community through hospitality. I found happiness and fulfillment making sure each guest has the best vacation possible. After a 27 year career in the US Navy I am putting my operation skills to work ensuring owners receive quality, detail oriented management and guests receive hospitality focused on their enjoyment of travel and relaxation.
